How long does shipping take?

  • BC to Manitoba: 2–5 business days

  • East Coast & Maritime Provinces: 4–7 business days

  • Northern Territories: 5–9 business days (due to fewer transport routes)


When’s the best time to order for faster delivery?

Timing matters!
Canada Post accepts mail on Saturday but is closed on Sunday, so shipments don’t move over the weekend.

We pack all orders received from Friday through Sunday on Sunday evening, allowing them to go out first thing Monday morning.

My e-transfer was accepted β€” why is my order still on hold?

We manually process all e-transfers to protect your privacy. Auto-deposit would expose our banking information, so we use password-protected deposits, which can slightly slow processing.

Processing speed depends on when you place your order:

  • Orders placed early in the day are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed later may be held overnight.

  • On weekends, we process at a slower pace.

You’ll typically receive a tracking number within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends.


⚠️ Important: You may need to verify your e-transfer twice

Some banks have added extra security steps for e-transfers. Even if we enter your password correctly, the deposit may be delayed until you confirm the transfer a second time.

You’ll usually receive a text or email from your bank asking you to verify that the transfer was legitimate.

This measure is entirely bank-controlled and helps prevent fraud. It’s most common with new recipients and typically won’t happen again after your first successful transfer.

My order has a tracking number, but it hasn’t moved!

We use express shipping for the fastest delivery, but to maintain privacy, we don’t drop all packages at the same location.
This means your parcel may not be scanned by Canada Post until it reaches a main processing center.

Although your package is already en route, you may not see updates until that point.
This can sometimes add 1–2 business days to tracking updates β€” especially during busy seasons or long weekends.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We only ship within Canada and will never operate internationally.
If you’re a Canadian using a U.S. VPN, please let us know β€” we do not respond to U.S. citizens.
