How do I place an order on Astro Buzz?
 Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select Interac e-Transfer as your payment method, complete payment, and we’ll process your order within 24 hours.
 Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping address.
What is the minimum order for the 20% discount?
Use promo code ASTRO20 for 20% off with a minimum spend of $200. Free shipping kicks in at $150.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders that haven’t been shipped yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Is the packaging discreet?

 Absolutely. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, brand names, or indication of contents. The return address uses a generic business name.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Contact us immediately. We track every shipment and will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Eligible orders may be reshipped.

How long does shipping take?

 We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS with 1-3 business day delivery across Canada. Major cities typically receive orders within 1-2 business days.

  • BC to Manitoba: 2–5 business days

  • East Coast & Maritime Provinces: 4–7 business days

  • Northern Territories: 5–9 business days (due to fewer transport routes)


When’s the best time to order for faster delivery?

Timing matters!
Canada Post accepts mail on Saturday but is closed on Sunday, so shipments don’t move over the weekend.

We pack all orders received from Friday through Sunday on Sunday evening, allowing them to go out first thing Monday morning.
💡 Tip: Order over the weekend for the best chance of receiving your package by the following Friday!

How do you ensure product quality?
Every product at Astro Buzz is lab-tested for purity and potency before listing. We source from verified suppliers who meet our strict quality criteria. Lab results are available on our website.
Are your products safe?
All products are lab-tested and sourced from trusted suppliers. We provide detailed product descriptions, dosing guidelines, and safety information for every item.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Our 100% order resolution rate speaks for itself.

My e-transfer was accepted — why is my order still on hold?

We manually process all e-transfers to protect your privacy. Auto-deposit would expose our banking information, so we use password-protected deposits, which can slightly slow processing.

Processing speed depends on when you place your order:

  • Orders placed early in the day are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed later may be held overnight.

  • On weekends, we process at a slower pace.

You’ll typically receive a tracking number within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends.


⚠️ Important: You may need to verify your e-transfer twice

Some banks have added extra security steps for e-transfers. Even if we enter your password correctly, the deposit may be delayed until you confirm the transfer a second time.

You’ll usually receive a text or email from your bank asking you to verify that the transfer was legitimate.
👉 Be sure to check your messages promptly so your order isn’t delayed.

This measure is entirely bank-controlled and helps prevent fraud. It’s most common with new recipients and typically won’t happen again after your first successful transfer.

My order has a tracking number, but it hasn’t moved!

We use express shipping for the fastest delivery, but to maintain privacy, we don’t drop all packages at the same location.
This means your parcel may not be scanned by Canada Post until it reaches a main processing center.

Although your package is already en route, you may not see updates until that point.
This can sometimes add 1–2 business days to tracking updates — especially during busy seasons or long weekends.
💡 Tip: Plan ahead if you need your order by a specific date.


Do you ship outside Canada?

🚫 Absolutely not.
We only ship within Canada and will never operate internationally.
If you’re a Canadian using a U.S. VPN, please let us know — we do not respond to U.S. citizens.


Do you really lab-test your products?

Yes — every product we sell is lab-tested.
Transparency and quality are core to our values, which is why third-party testing is a standard part of our process.

How often do you test products?
 Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. We never sell untested products. Our commitment to transparency is what sets Astro Buzz apart.
What do you test for?
We test for purity (active ingredient content), potency (strength per unit), and contaminants (adulterants, heavy metals, residual solvents). Results are posted publicly.
