Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Our team is committed to ensuring your package ships promptly and securely.
Order Verification
For your safety and ours, we may request additional verification before processing your order.
This may include age verification or other identity checks.
We appreciate your cooperation — it helps us ensure that orders are not placed by minors.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
To maintain discretion and privacy, we never send multiple packages from the same city or drop-off point.
During Canada Post service interruptions or strikes, we may use alternate carriers to ensure timely delivery.
We ship via UPS, Purolator and, Canada Post.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and instructions to monitor your shipment online.
Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately, depending on the carrier and drop-off location.
Geolocation Restrictions
We only ship within Canada.
Orders placed with destinations outside Canadian borders will not be processed or refunded.
We operate exclusively within Canada — no exceptions.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once shipped, your package cannot be rerouted.
Non-Delivery Policy
(Mail Theft, Risky Regions, and Acts of God)
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Contact Canada Post (or the carrier listed on your tracking).
- We cannot call carriers directly, as this would compromise our privacy and security.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Mail theft or tampering
- Delivery issues caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or carrier delays
⚠️ Important:
Mail theft is common in certain areas — especially in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Ordering to these regions is at your own risk.
Return & Refund Policy
Short or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order appears incomplete:
- Take a clear photo of your sealed package before opening it.
(This applies to both the overall parcel and any individually sealed items.) - Send the photos and details to [email protected] for review.
If we determine that we made an error, we’ll issue a credit or replacement of equal or greater value.
Each case is reviewed individually.
Refunds & Liability
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or cash refunds.
If a delivery issue is caused by an incorrect address, please contact the carrier directly.
Opening mail that isn’t yours is a federal offense, and you are legally entitled to contact the courier to recover your package.
If your order was shipped to the correct address and includes a valid tracking number, AstroBuzz assumes no further liability once it leaves our facility.
